1.Turmeric

Turmeric belongs to the ginger family and naturally occurs in Southern Asia. Turmeric supplements come from the plant’s rhizomes, which feature rough, brown skin and a dark orange flesh. Known for its fragrant aroma and slightly bitter taste. The traditional Oriental medicine systems have long used turmeric powder to treat a variety of medical conditions. which has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. 1. Mix a 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice and Make a paste
2. Apply this paste on your on darkened face and neck.
3. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with plain water.

2.Aloe Veraaloevera

Aloe vera has been used for centuries for its medicinal and healing properties.
It contains powerful antioxidants substances known as polyphenols. Aloe Vera lightens skin by removing the dead layer and revealing fresh skin.
The water-filled tissue in the leaves is the gel that is used in these products. Gel contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants that work wonders for the skin. 1.Take 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel, a pinch of turmeric and l teaspoon water.
2. Mix all the ingredients together to a fine paste .
Apply this mixture on the face and neck evenly.
3.And Leave it for about 10-15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

3.Tomatoes

1.Take 1-2 tomatoes and 2 teaspoons lemon juice make a smoothie
2. Take smoothie and Rub it on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Papaya
Papaya acts as a exfoliator and helps in removing the dead cells on the face and makes radiant and glowing

1.For this process Take a fresh papaya and mash it.add a tablespoon of honey and mix well.
2.Apply the papaya pulp on your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.

4.Lemon

 

Lemons, are an excellent source of vitamin-C. Ascorbic acid is a potent water-soluble natural anti-oxidant. This vitamin is helpful in preventing. Besides, consumption of foods rich in vitamin-C helps the human body develop resistance against infectious, pro-inflammatory free radicals from the blood.Lemon lightens dark spots and blemishes

Take 2 tablespoons of lemon add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix them. Apply it on your face and massage gently. leave it for 10 minutes. Afterwards rinse thoroughly with warm water. This will help in removing dead skin and give you a smooth and glowing skin. Do this twice a week for best results.

5.Orange Peel

1.Take a few pieces of fresh orange peel and rose water grind them to form a paste.
2.Apply it on your skin leave it for 15 minutes minutes.
3. Rinse it off with cool water
